Nadine Brückner is a PhD student in the Leibold Lab, where her research focuses on immunosenescence, immune cell aging, and immune dysfunction. Her work aims to advance the understanding of age-related changes in the immune system and identify strategies to improve the efficacy of cellular therapies. Brückner completed her training in Molecular Medicine at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, where she developed a strong foundation in biomedical and translational research. Through her doctoral studies, she is investigating mechanisms that influence immune cell performance and therapeutic response, contributing to the development of next-generation immunotherapies and cellular treatment approaches.
