Nader Lessan MBBS, MD, FRCP

Dr. Nader Lessan is a Consultant Endocrinologist at Imperial College London Diabetes Centre. Since joining ICLDC in 2009, Dr. Nader Lessan has pursued ongoing research on the very important yet somewhat under-researched subject of glucose monitoring for diabetic patients fasting during Ramadan. He has spent a decade working in the UAE although it was the UK that formed the backbone for his training and early years.

Dr. Lessan is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Imperial College London. He has authored research papers and speaks at major conferences while still finding time to maintain a healthy lifestyle – as is the key message to us all - by cycling and mountain walking!
