Myung Shin PhD

Myung is a Vice President, Head of Discovery, at Ceptur Therapeutics. He was previously an Executive Director, Head of Early Discovery Genetics, at Merck & Co., Inc. Myung was an associate member in Celluar and Developmental Biology Program and PEW Scholar in Biomedical Sciences at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Myung received his B.A. from Northwestern University and Ph.D from the University of California at Berkeley. He was a Jane Coffin Childs Postdoctoral Fellow in Shirley Tilghman’s lab at HHMI/Princeton University. He is currently on the Executive Advisory Board for Chemistry of Life Processed (CLP) Institute at Northwestern University.
