Murray N. Ross PhD

Murray Ross is vice president, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. and leads the Kaiser Permanente Institute for Health Policy in Oakland, California. The Institute seeks to leverage evidence and experience from Kaiser Permanente’s operations to shape public policy and private practice. The Institute supports research, expert roundtables, and conferences, all intended to increase understanding of policy issues and help identify solutions.
