Muna Almurrawi MD

Dr. Muna AlMurrawi is an Arab Board Certified Dermatologist, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Society for laser and surgery, and a laser safety officer from Australia and the Laser Institute of America. Dr. AlMurrawi also holds a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and a Diploma in wound care from the University of Toronto through the International Inter-professional wound care course (IIWCC).

Dr. AlMurrawi served previously as the Head of the dermatology department in Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC) in Abu Dhabi, Chair of the Laser Safety Committee in SKMC, a coordinator of phototherapy, a member of the wound care team, and a member of the environmental and health safety committee in SKMC and also the Director of the Dermatology Arab Board Residency program in Abu Dhabi. Currently, a member of the Dermatology Examiner for the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi license.

In addition to her excellence as a dermatologist, she has distinguished herself in the medical community through her extensive contributions and presentations at various regional and national conferences. Dr. AlMurrawi is one of the pioneers who established the Emirates Dermatology Society in which she serves as the head of the scientific committee. The Emirates Dermatology society plays a key role in the continuous improvement of the quality of dermatology services in the UAE and the wider region.

In founding Dr. Muna AlMurrawi Medical Center(DMA), her mission was to improve comprehensive care in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Her philosophy at DMA is all about focusing on high-patient-quality care and patient satisfaction. Her mindset as a physician also includes enhancing the patient’s natural features, not radically altering who they are. Dr. AlMurrawi and her team offer the latest advancement in medical and aesthetic technology to treat age-related and hereditary concerns on both face and body for vivid results.
