Mubaraka Ibrahim, Acting Chief Information Officer of Information Sector, Director of Health Information Systems at the Emirates Health Services Establishment. Mubaraka is, in many ways the face of Healthcare IT. She has been in healthcare since the start of her career. Mubaraka’s passion in the relationship between Health & Information Technology is easily recognized. She is a motivated well-seasoned leader who is working towards providing world class healthcare which is one of the 6 pillars of the UAE National agenda inline with the vision 2021. A strategic thinker in cutting edge HealthCare Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence(AI) & Blockchain. One of the first members of the HIMSS Middle East Committee. Her key involvement in multiple national healthcare technology projects, such as the execution of National Unified Record (Riayati) & Track & Trace (Tatmeen). She has versatile experience in IT, Health Data & Information Analysis.
