Monique Rose NRP

Monique Rose, NRP, is a Division Chief in Colorado. She is a founding partner and the Vice President of Reviving Responders, a non-profit organization whose mission is to raise awareness and find satisfactory resolution to the issues surrounding mental health and suicide in EMS. Chief Rose is the chairperson for the NEMSMA Practitioner Mental Health and Wellbeing committee and serves on the advisory board for the Institute of Responder Wellness and the National Alliance on EMS Resiliency. Monique has experience in wildland fire, austere medicine and tactical medicine having served as the logistics chief for large scale events and as a reserve police officer with local law enforcement. Areas of professional interest include teaching suicide intervention skills, psychological trauma and resilience.
