Monica Beaulieu MD, FRCPC, MHA

Dr. Monica Beaulieu is trained in Clinical Nephrology and has a Master's in Health Administration from UBC. In addition to general nephrology, she has a special interest in chronic disease management, implementation of systematic care systems, and system redesign, as well as pharmacological optimization in CKD patients. She is Director of the Integrated Care Clinics, co-director of the KFC, and Medical Lead for PHC Nephrology re: Quality and Safety. She has recently started an innovative Obstetrics and Gynecology Nephrology clinic, as part of her integrated care focus. Her research focus is on CKD and continuous quality improvement. She has a provincial role at the BC Renal Agency and has been on staff at UBC since 2008. Dr. Beaulieu obtained her Pharmacy degree, undergraduate medicine, internal medicine, and Nephrology training at UBC.
