Dr. Molly Heublein is a primary care specialist in Women's Health Primary Care at UCSF Medical Center. In addition to women's health, she has a special interest in chronic disease management and geriatrics. She manages hypertension, diabetes, asthma, emphysema, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and hypothyroidism, among other conditions. She views her role as a primary care doctor as a wellness advocate who listens to each patient's health needs and focuses on sharing her knowledge of medicine to help patients make informed decisions and lifestyle choices.
Heublein earned a medical degree at the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 2009 and completed an internal medicine residency in Philadelphia at the University of Pennsylvania Health System in 2012. She is an associate clinical professor of medicine at UCSF In addition to her clinical work, she teaches medical students and residents in the clinical setting and regularly contributes as a medical podcaster.
