Dr Aljaabari is a consultant cardiac electrophysiologist at Mafraq Hospital and Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi, UAE. He attended medical school at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland where he graduated with honours. He went on to complete his General Professional Training at Trinity University in Ireland and completed the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland examinations. He continued training in the US where he completed Internal Medicine Residency at Georgetown University / Washington Hospital Center in Washington D.C. and was chosen to continue as chief resident there.

Following residency, he completed both a fellowship in Cardiology followed by a 2-year fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. He is American board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology. He is trained comprehensively in all basic and complex electrophysiology procedures including pacemaker, defibrillator, cardiac resynchronization device implantation, lead extraction, SVT ablation, atrial flutter ablation, atrial fibrillation ablation and ventricular tachycardia ablation.
