Dr. Mohamed Alwi Bin Abdul Rahman is an Emergency Medicine Physician and Trauma Specialist, heading the Department of Emergency and Trauma at Hospital Selayang. Graduated with a Master's in Emergency Medicine from USM, Kubang Kerian, and further trained in Emergency Planning and Disaster Management at the University of Hertfordshire, UK. He's a Prehospital Care specialist with Ottawa Paramedic service training and CBRNE training from American and Japanese first responder teams.

A passionate humanitarian, he's led medical teams globally, notably during Japan's 2012 Radiation Disaster and the 2004 Tsunami in Indonesia and India. With extensive experience in diverse fields, he coordinates Prehospital Care and Disaster Medicine for the Ministry of Health, training various organizations including the Royal Police and Red Crescent. He's dedicated to aiding people, currently supporting veterans through multiple foundations.
