Dalal Mohamad Ali is a 23 years old Ph.D. student majored in “Lipase-catalyzed production of Lysophospholipids” at the University of Le Mans in Laval, France. Dalal gained her Master two degree in Food Biotechnology and Processes from the Higher National School of Agronomy and Food Industries (ENSAIA), University of Lorraine, after a six months internship at Laboratory of Reactions and Process engineering (LRGP) in Nancy, France, in a project entitled “Molecular Modeling approaches for the study of flavonoid activity’s structural relationship”. She holds a Master one and a Bachelor degree in General Biochemistry from the Faculty of Sciences at the Lebanese University, Lebanon.
