Moazzam Ali MBBS, MPH, PhD

Dr. Moazzam Ali, MBBS, MPH, Ph.D. is a Regional Manager at The World Health Organization. Ali started Ali's career as a physician then moved into public health. After earning a Master’s and Ph.D. in Public Health Ali taught for a few years at the Institute of International Health, University of Tokyo, Japan. Currently, Ali is based in Geneva as an Epidemiologist in Reproductive Health and Research, WHO.

Ali has extensive experience in health care delivery and has designed, launched, and managed health programs. In Ali's current position, Ali designed and manage clinical trials, and more recently Ali got interested in performance-based financing projects with a focus on reproductive health, especially in family planning.
