Mirette Dubé was the Project Manager for this Interprofessional Health Workforce Action Plan Project. Her background is in Respiratory Therapy with a focus in the Emergency Department and Trauma, Simulation Education, and Director of Quality and Patient Safety education.

She has lead various quality improvement and education initiatives over the past 19 years of her career in health care.
