Min Liang PhD

Dr. Liang is the Executive Vice President/Chief Scientific Officer of TOT BIOPHARM Co. Ltd., and General Manager of TOT BIOPHARM Shanghai R&D Center. He is also the committee member of CSGT (Chinese Society of Gene Therapy) and overseas committee member of ASGCT (American Society of Gene & Cell Therapy). His leading project Oncorine has acquired new drug approval and launch to Chinese market in 2006, which is the first-in-class product in the world. With over 20 year experience in pharmaceutical industry, he leads research and develop novel cancer vaccine projects, establish proprietary adenovirus vector system and vaccinia virus vector system and construct series oncolytic viruses. Dr. Liang also leads biosimilar and novel therapeutical monoclonal antibody drugs, and antibody drug conjugate(ADC) development for cancer therapy. Dr. Liang is awarded as 2006 Outstanding R&D leader of Shanghai by Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality
