Dr. Dalmau-Pastor was trained by Pau Golanó, a renowned pathologist anatomist, who sadly passed away in 2014. dr. Dalmau-Pastor continues to develop anatomical techniques with a special interest in the foot and ankle. Originally he was a podiatrist and physiotherapist. He applies this clinical knowledge and interest to anatomy.
He is the chief pathologist anatomist of GRECMIP - MIFAS (Groupe de Recherche et d'Etude en Chirurgie Mini-Invasive du Pied - Minimally Invasive Foot and Ankle Society).
He is very active in publishing scientific articles, especially on studies of ankle instability and arthroscopy. Its main goal is to provide applied anatomy for physicians and surgeons. In addition to fundamental anatomical studies, he is currently developing biomechanical and histological studies on ankle ligaments.
