Mike Restuccia

Michael Restuccia is the senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO) at Penn Medicine. Restuccia has over twenty-five years of healthcare information technology experience and has worked nearly all his career in the healthcare information technology provider, vendor and consulting services industries.
Through his tenure as SVP and CIO, Penn Medicine has achieved many advances in healthcare technology. Most recently in 2017, Penn Medicine became the first academic health system to fully deploy the integrated Epic Corporation application platform (AKA: PennChart) in the ambulatory, inpatient, and homecare settings. This platform integration has further enabled innovations in patient care, revenue cycle and precision medicine.
