Krishnan is passionate about translating cutting edge science into disease modifying therapies. She lead the clinical development of programmes in Rare Diseases, from early research and development through to late stage clinical trials. She is a Paediatrician trained in the UK with academic expertise in Imaging Genomics and Bioinformatics of the developing brain, having completed a PhD at King’s College London with Prof. Giovanni Montana, Prof. David Edwards and Prof. Enrico Petretto. She believe in the foundational value of integrating the needs of patients and the clinical perspective from the very start of research and development, so that scientific endeavour can always have the needs of patients at the very core.
