Michelle Jillian Johnson PhD, MS

Michelle Jillian Johnson is an Associate Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Director of the Rehabilitation Robotics Lab at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research is mainly in the area of robot-mediated rehabilitation. She focused on the investigation and rehabilitation of dysfunction due to aging, neural disease, and neural injury. She completed her Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania.
