Michelle Gray has been a nurse for 23 years and has worked in both hospital and community settings. She has held a range of positions in Tasmania, Northern Territory, and Victoria. She has lived in Mildura for 13 years and during that time has worked at the Mallee District Aboriginal Service as a credentialled diabetes educator. Michelle has 17 years experience as a diabetes educator.

Michelle obtained her Bachelor of Science (Nursing) at the University of Tasmania and since then has achieved a postgraduate diploma in health science (diabetes education), a postgraduate diploma in human nutrition, and a certificate IV in Fitness. Her philosophy is small changes have a big impact on our health. Michelle is passionate about helping clients to see the potential of health improvements through small changes. Diabetes causes nothing, poorly controlled diabetes causes complications. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
