Michelle Gallagher DO

Dr. Michelle J. Gallagher obtained her medical degree at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 2006. Her dermatology training was completed with Greg Messenger MD after completing her pediatric training at Sparrow Hospital and MSU. She is board certified in pediatrics, a member of the Society for Pediatric Dermatology, and makes it a point to stay up to date with current medical literature. Practicing pediatric dermatology at Dr. Messenger’s office since 2009 has been a very rewarding career choice. She stays busy teaching pediatric and family practice residents through Michigan State, serving on the pediatric dermatology society education committee, and lecturing to physicians all across the state. In 2018, She took on a new challenge, coordinating and teaching the five-week dermatology course at Michigan State’s Osteopathic Medical School.
