Micheline Calmy-rey

Micheline Calmy-Rey Rey is a Visiting Professor at the Global Studies Institute of the University of Geneva. She is President of the Martin Ennals Foundation, serves on the Board of Governors of the International Crisis Group, and is an Eminent Member of the Sérgio Vieira de Mello Foundation. Ms. Calmy-Rey was Foreign Affairs Minister of Switzerland from 2003 to 2011, and twice served as President of the Swiss Confederation (in 2007 and 2011).
