Michel Zeitouni MD, PhD

Michel Zeitouni is a cardiologist at MCU-PH at Sorbonne University. He completed his education at Duke University. He is specializing in cardiovascular physiology, coronary interventions, and intensive cardiac care. He is affiliated to the Academic Research Organization ACTION Group (www.action-coeur.org), INSERM UMRSS 1166, and a prior fellow of the Duke Clinical Research Institute.

Michel's Ph.D. thesis was about premature coronary artery disease and myocardial infarction in young patients, with a specific focus on novel mechanistic models regarding vascular aging and inflammation. Her research topics cover premature coronary artery disease, coronary physiology, and cardiogenic shock.
