Michel M.r.f. Struys MD, PhD, FRCA

Prof. Dr. MD Michel Struys is the head of the department of Ambulatory Surgery and Anesthesia Gent, staff member at the department of Anesthesia at UZ Gent until 2008. In Oct 2008 he became Professor and Chairman at the Department of Anesthesiology, University Medical Center Groningen, Groningen, The Netherlands and Full professor at the University of Groningen. His main research field covers clinical pharmacology of intravenous and inhaled drugs used in anesthesia, pharmacological modelling including closed-loops in anesthesia, drug administration techniques and equipment testing.
