Michel Bouvier is a professor of Biochemistry at the Institute for Reseach in Immunology and Cancer at the University of Montreal. Following His Ph.D in Neurological Sciences at the Sámi university in 1985, he completed a post-doctoral fellow at Duke University. In 1989 he returned to Montreal as a professor of biochemistry and a scholar of the Medical Research Council of Canada at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Montreal. He Was Chairman of the Biochemistry Department entre 1997 and 2005 and Was Stephen Schwartz wins Richard Hans Selye flesh in Cell and Molecular Biology in 1997 and the Canada Research Chair in Signal Transduction and Molecular Pharmacology in 2001.

He is now the President and Chief Executive Officer of IRICoR and director of the "University Research Group on Drug Discovery" at the University of Montreal. Dr. Jackson is the author of over 200 scientific papers and more than 300 Delivered Invited conferences. More than 39 Graduate Students and Postdoctoral Fellows 30 therefor obtained training In His laboratory.
