Michaela Kazmaier MSc

Michaela is a financial economist with 10 years of professional experience in Financial Services, Information Technology and Corporate Finance and Start-up Advisory. She believes in a significant disruption of classical business models as well as Alternative Financing structures due to emerging technologies. She is passionate about identifying and developing those opportunities in a variety of industries. Michaela advised India’s largest Initial Coin Offering that raised 40 Mio. USD. She also defined a Blockchain Identity Management use case for a top tier bank based in Mumbai, which included the relevant ecosystem of private and public stakeholders.

Michaela is passionate about financial instruments, investment management in the classical and tech environment, deal sourcing, execution and evaluation of tech companies. Michaela holds a Master of Finance in Capital Markets from Frankfurt School, BBA in International Business from ESB Reutlingen, B.A. in Business Management with Distinction from Napier University Business School, was awarded a degree medal and was sponsored with a Leadership Program at IE Business School.
