Dr. M. Wesley Milks is a cardiologist and assistant professor of clinical medicine at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Dr. Milks is originally from Upper Arlington, Ohio. He attended Dartmouth College for undergraduate studies, later earning his Medical Degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine.

Dr. Milks completed an internal medicine residency and served as a chief medical resident at the Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC. He returned to Columbus to pursue training in cardiovascular diseases at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, serving as a chief cardiology fellow.

Dr. Milks has a wide variety of clinical and research interests, including preventive cardiology, valvular heart disease, coronary artery disease, echocardiography, and cardiovascular imaging. He has a particular focus on cardiovascular disease prevention, which includes the management of lipid disorders and advanced cardiovascular risk prediction tools. Dr. Milks is a Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Lipidology. Dr. Milks is board certified in echocardiography, internal medicine, and clinical lipidology.
