Professor Dr. Michael Tsambikakis has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of white-collar criminal law, Penal Tax Law and Medical Criminal Law; he founded Tsambikakis & Partner in 2015.
Alongside his work as a Criminal Defence Attorney, Professor Dr. Tsambikakis is an honorary professor of Criminal and Criminal Procedural Law at the University of Passau.
As a leading authority in white-collar criminal law, he is a respected author of numerous textbooks and publications, as well as the managing editor of the journal “Zeitschrift für Medizinstrafrecht (medstra)”, managing member of the advisory board of the journal “ZWH - Journal for Commercial Criminal Law and Liability in Companies” and member of the advisory board of the journal “Der Strafverteidiger (StV)”.
