Michael Schelper BSc, MBA

Michael is responsible as the senior director and country general manager for Cerner’s business in the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait, where he is working with our clients and the governments on shaping the face of health care for the future together. In addition, he also oversees Cerner’s core business operations for the Middle East & Africa including operations, sales operations, marketing, organizational oversight, mergers and acquisitions, quality and performance management as well as new market entries.
Michael joined Cerner in 2009, transforming the Central European business where he quadrupled the target market by focusing on new market opportunities. During his career at Cerner, Michael has held various regional leadership roles within the company ranging from business development, sales, consulting, mergers and acquisitions and operations in Europe and the Middle East.
