Michael S. Liao MSW

Michael S. Liao, MSW, is the director of programs for NICOS Chinese Health Coalition. Since 2005, Mr. Liao has been providing problem gambling training and technical assistance to various groups throughout the state of California. He has also authored various problem gambling training curricula and academic publications.
