Michael Schoech MD

Dr. Michael Schoech is a board-certified Transplant Hepatologist practicing at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, OH. He has additional board certifications in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine.

Dr. Schoech’s special interest is treating patients with cirrhosis, viral hepatitis, and autoimmune conditions of the liver, including autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cholangitis, and primary lateral sclerosis (PLS). Dr. Schoech is an active member of the University of Cincinnati Liver Transplant Program and the ACGME Program Director for Transplant Hepatology at the University of Cincinnati.
