Michael Pohlscheidt leadership of senior professionals and cross functional management teams (including. Quality, Regulatory, Technology, Site Managers, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure OTIF delivery, strategic site development as part of the external manufacturing network, development of strategic business plans, continuous improvement, BPM, relationship management, management of TMSA, etc. (virtual plant model).

Michael will be discussing outsourcing manufacture to the Asia-Pacific region. He will cover accelerated technology transfer and strategic CMO management, strategically managing benefit during collaboration and improving quality systems and working to a timescale in a still developing region.
