Michael P. Fischetti SES, JD, CPCM

Mr. Michael P. Fischetti works for Office of Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs)/TRICARE Management Activity. Mr Fischetti serves as a Secretary and Director of National Contract Management Association. He has over 25 years of prior acquisition management and operational experience involving all facets of government procurement policy development and implementation, oversight, program management and contracting operations for services, weapon systems, and information technology from a variety of government and civilian organizations include the Department of Energy, General Services Administration, NASA, Defense Information Systems Agency, Naval Information Systems Management Center, Naval Air Systems Command, Army Tank Automotive Command, and Raytheon E-Systems, Inc. Mr. Fischetti has been an NCMA Fellow since December 1997, and is a former President, Vice President, Treasurer, Director and Chairman of the Washington, DC, Chapter. Mr. Fischetti is Level 3 certified in contracting and program management. He has completed the Advanced Program Management Course, Senior Acquisition Course and the Advanced Management Program in Information Resources Management from the Defense Acquisition University and the Council for Excellence in Government Fellows Program, where he remains a Senior Fellow.
