Michael Rubenstein, MD is currently an Associate Professor of Clinical Neurology at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Rubenstein travels to Northern Tanzania twice annually where he provides patient care and clinical neurology education to caregivers in association with the Foundation for African Medicine and Education (FAME), a non-governmental, non-profit organization created to improve the quality of medical care in East Africa .Dr. Rubenstein has also served as a primary referral resource for State, Regional and National Tourette syndrome organizations over the last 25 years and currently evaluates and cares for patients with Tourette syndrome at both the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
