Michael Mandelstam

Michael Mandelstam worked previously at the Disabled Living Foundation and Department of Health. Since 1996, he has worked independently. He provides legal training on a range of health and social care issues - to the health care, social care and independent sectors. He has also written a number of widely used books, including:
- Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and the Law (2009),
- Community Care Practice and the Law (4th edition 2009),
- Manual Handling in Health and Social Care (2002),
- How We Treat the Sick: Neglect and Abuse in our Health Services (2011)
