Michael Laniado MD

Prof. Dr. Michael Laniado obtained his Rehabilitation at the University Hospital of Tubingen in 1993 and became a full Professor at the University of Dresden in 2000. He is currently Chair of the Department of Diagnostic Radiology of the Dresden University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus. Beside various publications he published the book “MR Imaging of the Abdomen and Pelvis” together with renowned colleagues such as Prof. G. Krestin and Prof. B. Hamm. Prof. Laniado served many years as President of the German Society of Radiology (DRG), was awarded with the ESMRMB Fellowship Award in 2012 and served on various committees of many other renowned international and national societies.
