Michael L. Epter DO, FAAEM

Dr Epter was named Program Director of the Year in 2009 by Emergency Physicians Medical Group. In addition to his position as EM Residency Program Director for UNSOM, he is the Paramedic Academy Director for University Medical Center hospital in Las Vegas. Dr Epter is an Assistant Profession at UNSOM. He is a national Oral Board Examiner for the American Board of Emergency Medicine. DR Epter also serves on the Board of Directors for the American Academy of Emergency Medicine.

Michael Epter, DO, FAAEM, received his medical education at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his EM residency at the Beth Israel Medical Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Epter is past Director of Medical Student Education at Brookdale Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he also served as the Emergency Ultrasound Director. Dr Epter has been with EPMG since 2005.
