Michael L. Bloomquist PhD

Michael Bloomquist, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Minnesota and is Adjunct Director of Evidence-Based Practice at PrairieCare Medical Group, both in Minneapolis. He has more than 25 years of experience in working with youth and families that specialize in parent and family skills training (a.k.a. behavioral family therapy). Dr. Bloomquist also has extensive research experience in schools and was a co-investigator on numerous studies evaluating the effects of the Early Risers conduct problems program for high-risk elementary age children.
