Michael J. Wilsey JrMD, FAAP
Dr. Wilsey specializes in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition in the Department of Medicine. He is vice chair of the Department of Gastroenterology and vice chief of the medical staff.
Dr. Wilsey is an assistant professor of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Department of Pediatrics. He is a core faculty member of Johns Hopkins All Children’s Pediatric Residency Training Program and serves as faculty and research mentor for pediatric resident physicians.
Dr. Wilsey, who joined the hospital in 2002, is also a clinical associate professor of pediatrics at the University of South Florida College of Medicine and a former associate program director of the University of South Florida Pediatric Residency Training Program.
Dr. Wilsey earned his medical degree at the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed his pediatric residency at Baylor College of Medicine Department of Pediatrics and Texas Children’s Hospital and completed fellowship training in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition at Baylor College of Medicine Department of Pediatrics and Texas Children’s Hospital.
