Michael J. Howley PA-C, PhD

Mike Howley is an Associate Clinical Professor at the LeBow College of Business. Prior to becoming a business professor, Mike worked for two decades as a clinical physician assistant (PA). He also has five years of experience in practice management and as a business owner. Mike received his Ph.D. from Arizona State University in 2005. His research focuses on the scientific measurement of service quality and measuring provider performance. He teaches graduate healthcare management.
