Michael has been a nurse anesthetist since 1984, and became employed full-time as an educator at Kaiser Permanente School of Anesthesia (KPSA) 1991. He currently is an assistant director for KPSA, and program director for the Kaiser Permanente Anesthesia Technology Program (KPAT). He provides both academic and clinical instruction in the KPSA and KPAT programs.
