Doctor Klebuc is the director of the Center for Facial Paralysis Surgery and Functional Restoration at the Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas which is continually ranked amongst Americas top health care institutions. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery to perform all aspects of plastic and reconstructive surgery but maintains a special clinical and research interest in microsurgery and facial paralysis reconstruction.

Dr. Klebuc attended medical school in Canada and received his plastic surgery training at The Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He also completed a pediatric plastic surgery fellowship under Dr. Ronald Zuker at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada focusing on functional muscle flap surgery for smile restoration.

He has an academic appointment at Cornell University, Weill College of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is an active member of numerous surgical societies including The American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery. He has written over twenty peer reviewed articles and nine book chapters.

Doctor Klebuc has made over forty national and international presentations regarding reconstructive surgery and has won numerous academic and research awards. He has been repeatedly ranked as one of the Best Doctors in America and one of America’s Top Plastic Surgeons.
