Michael Hallworth MA, MSc, MCB, FRCPath

Mike Hallworth is Consultant Clinical Scientist to the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust, based at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, UK. He trained in chemistry at the University of Oxford, and in clinical biochemistry at the University of Leeds and hospitals in Manchester, Cambridge and Glasgow. He is a past President of the European Communities Confederation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (EFCC) and past Chairman of the UK Association for Clinical Biochemistry.
