Michael Frank MD, JD, FACEP, FCLM

Dr. Michael Frank is a Diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He is a Life Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a Fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine. He is on the medical staff of Summa Barberton Hospital where he served as Chief of Staff from 1995 to 1996, and Chairman of the hospital's Board of Trustees from 1996 through 2011. He has served as Vice Chairperson for the Public Safety Physician Advisory Board for the City of Cleveland for almost 20 years, and is a Clinical Associate Professor for the Northeast Ohio Medical University.

Dr. Frank holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University, medical degree from Case Western Reserve School of Medicine, and received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve School of Law, graduating cum laude. He performed a surgical internship at North Shore University Hospital in NY, and his residency at University Hospitals and Saint Luke’s Hospital in Ohio.
