Michael Abbo MD, MA

Dr Michael Abbo is American Boarded and has been practicing Emergency Medicine since 1990. He held faculty positions at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF), University of Pittsburgh, and Dubai Medical College. His passion is medical education. He received a Masters degree in Education from Stanford University. Achievements include co-founding the Emergency Medicine Residency Program in Dubai and implementing pathways for AMI and acute stroke thrombolysis while Chief of Emergency services at Rashid Hospital Trauma Center, Dubai.He is currently Attending and Program Director od EM at Zayed Military Hospital, Abu Dhabi.
