Michael A. Edwards DO

Dr. Edwards received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. His undergraduate work was completed at Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania where he was a member of the Villanova University football team. Dr. Edwards then completed his residency at the St. Vincent’s Family Medicine Residency Program here in Jacksonville, Florida.

Prior to joining Coastal Family Medicine, Dr. Edwards practiced locally with a family care group in Orange Park, where he provided complete medical care for patients of all ages. He is board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Practitioners. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Florida Osteopathic Medical Association and American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He is local to Jacksonville and has been practicing in the community for the past ten years. He has been married for 13 years to wife Amanda.
