Micah L. Olson MD

Dr. Micah Olson greatly enjoys being a Pediatric Endocrinologist, and what he loves most is getting to know his patients and their families. He is a Phoenix native and third-generation Phoenician. After receiving a B.A. in Economics at Emory University in Atlanta, he attended medical school at the University of Arizona, completed a Pediatric Residency at Phoenix Children's Hospital, and finally a Fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology at UT Southwestern in Dallas. In addition to his clinical roles, he serves as the Director for Continuing Medical Education at Phoenix Children's, and also have dedicated time to serve as the Study Physician for NIH-funded pediatric obesity research studies based at Arizona State University. His clinical and research interests include type 1 and type 2 diabetes, cholesterol disorders, and obesity.
