Mercy Mvundura is a Health Economics Technical Advisor at PATH. With over 15 years of experience in health economics research, she specializes in providing evidence-based insights that drive informed decision-making within healthcare systems. In both domestic (USA) and low- and middle-income country settings, she has led the systematic evaluation of healthcare interventions to determine their cost, cost-effectiveness, and value for money.

Mvundura's day-to-day work revolves around designing and conducting diverse economic evaluations—ranging from costing studies to cost-effectiveness analyses of healthcare programs and technologies. She has successfully managed numerous research projects, overseeing everything from proposal writing and protocol development to primary data collection, quantitative analysis, and publication.
