Meng Wang PhD

Dr. Meng Wang is the Robert C. Fyfe Endowed Chair on Aging and a professor of molecular and human genetics at Baylor College of Medicine. She completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Genetics University Of Rochester and Bachelor of Science at Peking University. Meng Wang wants to reveal the fundamental mechanisms of organism aging, lipid metabolism, and reproductive senescence. Wang’s team investigates the molecular mechanisms governing these key biological processes and their complex interrelationship, by combining the power of functional genomics in the worm C. elegans with metabolomics, chemical engineering, and optical biophysics.
