Melissa Rosenstein MD, MAS, BA

Dr. Melissa Rosenstein is a perinatologist at the Obstetrics Services and Perinatal Medicine Specialties practice and at the Prenatal Diagnostic Center. She is also an assistant professor in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine and the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at UCSF. She has a special interest in hospital-wide policies that affect obstetric outcomes, including access to vaginal birth after cesarean.
Rosenstein completed her B.A. in biology at Columbia University and earned her medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She completed a M.S. degree in clinical research with specialization in implementation science at UCSF. Rosenstein did her residency and fellowship at UCSF..
